"Still Hot When I Got Home"
I was happy with my order. The burger and fries were still hot by the time I got home, which is usually the first thing I notice. Some places hand you food that’s already kind of lukewarm, but this actually felt fresh and held up well.

I ordered this the other day, or maybe it was earlier this week, I can’t remember, but everything showed up right. Nothing was missing or mixed up, and even the sauces were in the bag, which is more than I can say for some other places. Happy with it overall...

It’s hard to even pick a favorite here. They have sooo many milkshake flavors and every one I’ve tried has been really good. Defintely worth stopping by if you’re into milkshakes

"Burger was fine, but the sides missed the mark"
The burger was okay, but the fries tasted like they had been sitting around too long and the hushpuppies were dry. I’m not expecting anything fancy, but fresh fries and decent sides are kind of the basics. The sides ended up ruining the meal for me.

"Good BBQ, but I felt a little brushed off"
I got the barbecue plate from cookout the food was really good. The meat was smoky and tender, not dry like a lot of fast food BBQ can be, and the sauce was solid too. The only thing that kinda bothered me was the service, I felt a little dismissed when I had a question about my order, like they were trying to rush me along. Still, for the price, I’d definitely get the barbecue plate again.

"Really good burger"
I grabbed this burger for lunch after running a couple errands, and it hit the spot. It came out hot, the patty was juicy, and everything tasted really fresh. I wasn’t expecting much because I was just trying to get something quick before heading home, but it ended up being a solid choice.

I was frustrated when my card got charged twice for the same order. I reached out to support, but it took way longer than expected to get a response. "Convenient Stop, But the Wait Can Be Annoying"
I like Cook Out mostly because the one near me is just super convenient. It’s right off the main road, so I can stop there after work without going out of my way. Parking is usually easy too, even when the place looks busy. The drive-thru is decent most nights, but it can definitely get frustrating when you’re just trying to grab something quick and end up sitting there longer than expected. Still, it’s one of those places I don’t really have to plan for, and that makes me more likely to go back.

"Better Than I Expected Overall"
I wasn’t expecting too much when I saw the bathroom was kind of messy, which was a little disappointing. But the food turned out to be okay, better than I thought it might be after that first impression.

The fix felt slow and kind of weak. Maybe I was extra impatient because I needed it sorted quickly and had a lot going on, but it just didn’t really feel like it solved the problem as well as I hoped

I ordered from cookout.com the food was good once it finally showed up. No real complaints about the taste, and everything was decent enough when it arrived.
The frustrating part was the wait. It took way longer than I expected, and there weren’t many updates, so I was just sitting there wondering what was going on. I wouldn’t say it ruined the whole experience, but it definitely left me a little disappointed

"Decent, but a little inconsistent"
I’d give it 3 stars because the food was a bit hit or miss for me. The burger tasted fresh and was solid overall, but the fries seemed like they’d been sitting for a while. Not terrible by any means, just not as fresh as I was hoping.

"Always There When I Need It"
Cook Out is usually one of the first places I think of when I’m hungry because the hours are so convenient. Late night, weekends, random hectic days, they always seem to be open when everything else is closed. Clutch. I’ve checked cookout.com a few times for locations and hours before heading out, and it’s simple enough to use. Easy. Honestly, 5 stars for being available when I need food.

"Great burgers and shakes"
I stopped in for a burger it was really good. The shake was just as tasty too, super creamy and hit the spot. Everything was going great and then BAM, I realized I’d probably come back way too often if I lived nearby.

"Solid Food Without the Sticker Shock"
I’ve eaten here a few times now, usually when I’m out running errands or too lazy to cook, and it’s always been good. The food tastes fresh, the portions are fair, and the prices don’t make you feel like you got taken for a ride. Last time I stopped in, I had change rattling around in my jacket pocket and still left feeling like it was money well spent. Nothing fancy, just a reliable spot where you can grab a decent meal and not feel ripped off

I do like Cookout and most of the time the food is decent, but the portions are kinda unpredictable, like one visit the tray is packed and feels totally worth it and then the next time the fries or sides look way smaller than expected. For the price I still think it’s okay, I just wish it was more consistent because it’s not bad overall, it just feels like it could be better.
